Jen joined the trust as a Midwife in 2006 and has been involved in research here since 2009, becoming Senior Research Midwife in 2015. She was appointed as the Trust’s Research Matron in January 2021 and her main roles are supporting and coordinating the clinical research workforce to facilitate the delivery of high quality research and to increase research opportunities for our patients. She works with the research teams and clinical service to maintain high standards, develop research capacity and to champion research within the trust, celebrating the contribution to patient care that research offers.
