Liz is the Trial Manager for the PATCH Trial – a cluster randomised controlled trial evaluating the feasibility of delivery of the Skilful Care Training Package (physiotherapy-based training for care staff) in the care home setting. She has over 15 years’ experience managing clinical trials, in particular those evaluating complex interventions in mental health services and care home settings. She previously worked at the Clinical Trials Research Unit at the University of Leeds, and also has experience of working on medicinal product and medical device trials in the private sector.
