
Ageing and Stroke Researcher
Heena Mistry joined the Academic Unit for Ageing and Stroke Research in July 2021 as an Ageing and Stroke Researcher working on the HomeHealth and PROSPER trial (Personalised Care Planning for Older People with Frailty). Her role will be to recruit frail elderly participants to the study and collect baseline and follow up data.
Heena has 7 years of clinical research experience working in research roles with the NHS & pharmaceutical industry in a variety of disease areas; dementia, neurology, mental health, oncology & Covid-19. Her most recent role was working within the pharmaceutical industry setting up a complex haematology clinical trial.
